Cosmetic Nose (Rhinoplasty)

This 46 year-old female was unhappy with the appearance of her nose after a nasal fracture many years ago. In addition, she had several issues with breathing that were problematic. Several procedures to improve her breathing were performed (septoplasty and inferior turbinectomy). In addition, a cosmetic rhinoplasty was performed to completely reshape her nasal profile to match her facial proportion. In addition, her septum was straightened. Her postoperative photo is shown at 1 year.
