This 16 year-old female was very unhappy with the appearance of her nose. She felt as if the large hump on her nose did not fit her face. In addition, she was concerned about appearing “overdone” and wished to keep some of the ethic characteristics of her thick nasal tip. A cosmetic rhinoplasty was performed in an effort to reduce her nasal hump and achieve facial balance. In addition, the tip was refined very subtly as to not aggressively change her appaearnce. Her postoperative photo is shown at 1 year.
