Cosmetic Nose, (Revisional Rhinoplasty with Cadaver Cartilage Graft)
This 39 year-old female underwent a closed rhinoplasty several years ago that left her nasal tip deformed. Her tip cartilage was 90 degrees out of position and her nasal septum was over-resected. She also found it very difficult to breathe through her nose, experiencing chronic stuffiness and nasal dripping. In order to create stability, she required cadaver cartilage to rebuild the nasal tip and septum during her revision rhinoplasty. At 1 year after surgery, her tip is midline and symmetric and her profile is improved.
