Cosmetic Rhinoplasty for Crooked Nasal Tip
This 62-year-old woman had disliked the appearance of her nose for most of her life. She was particularly self-conscious about the crooked, asymmetric tip, which made her nose appear off-center in both front and profile views. Over time, this concern became more pronounced, prompting her to finally pursue cosmetic rhinoplasty.
Surgical treatment focused on straightening the nasal tip, correcting subtle twisting of the lower lateral cartilages, and reshaping the tip to be more refined and centered. The result is a balanced, elegant nose that draws less attention and complements the rest of her facial features. Importantly, the structural support of the nasal tip was preserved to ensure long-term stability.
Her results show that rhinoplasty can be transformative at any age, providing both cosmetic confidence and facial harmony in a natural-looking way. She now feels more confident in photos and reports that the shape of her nose finally matches how she feels inside.
