Direct Browlift with Upper Blepharoplasty
For most his life, this 39-year-old gentleman was unhappy with the appearance of his eyes and eyebrows. He always thought it was very heavy and made him look angry. Dr. Pacella is an expert in a special type of browlift which is performed through the natural creases of the forehead called a direct browlift. This was performed in addition to a blepharoplasty, which removes skin from the upper eyelid. The combination of these two procedures, which place the male brow in a very natural position, provides a youthful result to avoid excessive hooding of the skin on the outside perimeter of the eyes. Results at 1 year show excellent eyelid and brow position which is scarless.
