Nasal Reconstruction After Skin Cancer
This 71 year-old female was diagnosed with an aggressive basal cell carcinoma of the nasal tip. After Mohs Surgery to resect the tumor, she was left with a large full-thickness defect involving the entire tip. After three planned surgeries, the aesthetic appearance of her nose was restored using a flap from the forehead. Results are shown at 1 year.
