Browlift, Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty, Deep Plane Facelift, Neck Lift, & Fat Transfer
This 70 year-old woman was very unhappy with her facial and eye appearance, particularly in the temporal area that sustained loss of normal fat with aging. During a single operative session, she underwent sliding browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and deep plane full face, cheek and neck lift. During an extended deep plane facelift, the deeper muscle is suspended so that the tension does not “hang” on the skin and look overdone. In addition, a large volume of fat was placed in the temporal hollows to contour the upper face. Her result is pictured at 1 year, showing excellent longevity of the fat transfer and surgical techniques.
