Cosmetic & Functional Rhinoplasty
This 23-year-old woman underwent cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty to address both aesthetic concerns and nasal breathing issues. She was particularly bothered by a prominent dorsal hump and a bulbous, drooping nasal tip, which created an unbalanced profile and drew attention away from her other facial features.
During surgery, the dorsal hump was smoothly reduced, restoring a more elegant and natural nasal bridge. The nasal tip was refined and rotated slightly upward, giving the nose a lighter, more feminine appearance while preserving structural support and function. Internally, septoplasty and turbinate reduction were performed to correct a deviated septum and improve airflow.
The result is a nose that looks natural, proportional, and harmonious with her face, while also allowing for easier breathing. Her side profile is now soft and balanced, and her front view shows improved tip definition without an overdone or “surgical” look.
