Breast Reduction for Men (Gynecomastia)

This 23 year-old competitive male bodybuilder was very displeased with the appearance of his lower chest and nipples. Despite being in top physical condition, the “puffiness” of his nipples did not subside. This gynecomastia was treated successfully with direct excision, leaving minimal scarring behind. Postoperative result at 1 year shows excellent definition of the pectoralis muscle with no deformity.
