Breast Augmentation with Preoperative Asymmetry

This 25 year old, athletic female patient was concerned about small breast size. In addition, she did not like the fact that her left breast was noticeably larger than the right breast. In situations where breasts are asymmetric, two different profile/size implants can produce a fantastic result. On the right side (i.e. the smaller side), a MENTOR® MemoryGel™ Smooth, Round, High Profile, 375 cc silicone implant was utilized. On the left side, a Smooth, Round, Moderate Profile Plus, 300 cc silicone implant was used. This slight difference in size produced a full “C” cup with excellent symmetry. Postoperative result at 1 year.
