Reconstruction After Skin Cancer MOHS

MOHS-beforeafter-front

This 78 year-old male was diagnosed with an aggressive basal cell carcinoma of the chin. After several rounds of Mohs Surgery to resect the tumor, he was left with a very large defect. A cutaneous “island” flap was used which mobilized skin under the jaw to reposition upward. His result at 6 months is pictured.
