Browlift, Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty
This 74 year-old female was very displeased with the appearance of her eyes and brow. She felt that her lower lids were very heavy, sunken and droopy. She had a previous lower eyelid procedure many years prior and the natural attachments of the corners of her eyes had loosened. An endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty were performed. A special procedure, known as a drill-hole fixation canthoplasty, was performed in order to tighten the attachments of the corner of the eyes and improve the shape of the lower eyelid. The result at 1 year shows a much more youthful appearing brow position, an improvement in the defined crease in the upper eyelid, less prominent eye bags and improved shape of the lower eyelids.
