Facelift, Necklift & Fat Transfer

This 63 year-old woman desired facial rejuvenation. Specifically, she felt as if her face appeared “deflated” and loose, creating jowls and neck laxity. Fat transfer was performed to restore the youthful volume of the cheeks. A full facelift and necklift were also performed to resuspend the facial tissues to their youthful position. Postoperative results at 1 year show a very aesthetic and natural result without giving the appearance being “pulled too-tight.”
