Breast Reduction for Men (Gynecomastia)

This 26 year-old gentleman developed some painful and unsightly breast tissue behind the nipples. This interfered with working out and was often very visible in a shirt. This condition, known as gynecomastia, can be very successfully treated with plastic surgery. Utilizing a combination of defined liposuction and direct excision of the extra breast tissue, the result leaves minimal scarring. Postoperative result at 1 year shows excellent definition of the pectoralis muscle with no deformity.
